Service is top notch with friendly staff. Sales is one of the worst in the business. I guess the easy thing to do is blame autonation for such a pathetic experience. They have lost touch with what a true car buying experience should be like with this fixed price offerings and sales people that don’t know the cars. If you sit in this dealership for 10 mins, all you will hear from cubicles is customers arguing with their sales consultant about terrible money on trades, inflated lease payments, etc. More
