The sales person was good. we had to wait a while because they were so few finance employees. My experience was going well until we went into the finance office. When I declined any extra warranties, the finance employee was rude and disrespectful. Honestly, it was surprising. It’s my second vehicle that I purchased from Audi Las Vegas. My service advisor Romeo was very thorough and helpful. All work on my vehicle was completed on time and my final bill was lower than what was originally quoted. I can't recall that ever happening to me All work on my vehicle was completed on time and my final bill was lower than what was originally quoted.
