Had engine failure while passing through Las Vegas from out of town, had to have my A6 towed in blind. Service department handled the extensive repairs flawlessly from beginning to end. Erik Honn was polite and professional. He knew I had to wait for my car to be serviced so he tried not to keep me waiting too long. Joann was really quick to get back to me on my interest in one of their certified pre-owned vehicles. It was very easy to contact her and set up a time to test drive. Purchased an 800 mile current year vehicle from out of state. Once deal completed, the dealer was less than responsive to three issues. First issue, which they did somewhat resolve was missing 2nd key. They did send me new one but I had to eat the $300 programming fee. Second issue was that they would not apply for my registration and plates in FL. This is third vehicle I purchased out of state and only one where I had to take care of that. They did collect sales tax and over charged me. Still waiting on refund. Third issue was vehicle delivered with a paint condition that cost me $540 to correct to 95% that they did not disclose or chose to ignore. More
