Mario is fantastic-No hidden costs Our family drove to Lakeland from Tampa to see an SUV for me. On the way, a car caught our eye on Car-Guru for my 16 year old daughter. This car was a trade in vehicle that was in fantastic shape with low miles, inexpensive compared to most cars on the lot. Mario was so gracious to my daughter who was so excited for her FIRST "new" car. He took the time to talk with her and gave us his undivided attention. While they detailed the car, we went to another dealership to look at the SUV we had traveled to see. The experience between the two dealerships was like night and day. The final cost was 4000.00 over the advertised price with three sales men talking to us about the SUV. It was disappointing to say the least as we had traveled so far to see this SUV. When we returned to pick up the car for my daughter, they had her car on display with a big red bow in the middle of the showcase. It was such a precious moment for her. I wish I could've found the SUV I was looking for at Audi Lakeland so that Mario would have benefited from the sale.
