I love Lakeland Audi and the staff even more. James is my go to service guy and he always takes great care of me. Danny has been my go to from day one. When I mentioned some service issues with my vehicle he brought over the service manager Clay to introduce me to him and talk over my issues and find solutions. I met with Omar to do my buyout process, I always get nervous dealing with new people but he was great. Omar was knowledgeable and kind and worked quickly to take care of my needs. He made me feel comfortable and explained the add ons so I could understand them. All in all my experience was 10/10 per the usual and I look forward to staying in the Audi family for a long time.
