No pushy sales people. Just honest up front transparent staff that were knowledgeable on their cars. I used Mario specifically. He's not aggressive but definitely follows up and made the car buying experience easy..zero stress or pressure. I would definitely recommend Mario and this dealership to anyone looking at an Audi. We came to a deal over the phone and he assisted in making the process swift and efficient. Once arrived, I worked with Kayla and she had everything printed out and ready to go. Fair Deal but GREAT experience Came in and purchased a brand new 2018 Q3 and had the pleasure of working with Mario. That really stood out to me as most dealerships ask you if you want the car or not before taking time out of their day to be so thorough in breaking down the car. Once back inside this beautiful dealership, we were introduced to Paul the Sales Manager. He worked up a quote that was fair and we moved forward. Honestly, the deal itself(price) was fair but not the greatest and we all knew that. The experience was what pushed me to purchase the car.
