When I mentioned some service issues with my vehicle he brought over the service manager Clay to introduce me to him and talk over my issues and find solutions. I met with Omar to do my buyout process, I always get nervous dealing with new people but he was great. Omar was knowledgeable and kind and worked quickly to take care of my needs.
