Love my new Audi A3 well new to me I have always wanted an Audi because my name is Audra. I now live where I drive by the Audi Lakeland dealership and spotted this Hot little Red A3. Mario came out to greet me and was no pressure sales. I explained how my son was the car guru but he was at work so Mario suggested we drive to his work which was really close and have him take a look at it as well. I was just planning on looking today but as we talked and after the test drive I New this was the car meant for me. It went so easy fianancing went super quick everyone was so helpful and no pressure. I would definitely recommend Audi Lakeland for your next car purchase. Wound up buying a more expensive Audi (the TT) instead of a A3 Cabriolet but not because of pressure. We asked for and they gave us plenty of time to talk privately before agreeing to the purchase. Preston, the Finance expert, put together my deal and gave me a couple of financing options. We travelled from Tampa- would totally recommend making the trip to the Lakeland dealership. Go see Mario Polit at Audi Lakeland....it's worth your time. It was that time again when my husband and I set out to purchase a new vehicle (or new to us), which in the past has not been a pleasurable experience It was that time again when my husband and I set out to purchase a new vehicle (or new to us), which in the past has not been a pleasurable experience. Now I know this is an Audi dealership, but thankfully they also deal in pre-owned vehicles. We were discouraged about getting into a new vehicle at a price we were comfortable with for everything we wanted on the vehicle. As we were passing the new Audi Lakeland location (after leaving a competitor across I-4 who will remain unnamed) we noticed a Jeep on their lot (which is what we were in the market for). We pulled in (just to take a quick peek) and ended up driving away in it. Our sales rep, Mario Polit, was wonderful to work with and he did not pressure us during any of the car buying process (which most dealerships do). Paul Gomez was great with the financing process as well. Mario and Paul both stayed late on a Saturday night to finalize the paperwork and followed through with their promise to find a lower interest rate once the banks opened on Monday. A lot of dealerships would just leave it at the interest rate they had at the time of filling out the paperwork. Mario and the Audi team went above and beyond their job descriptions and we would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle (or pre-owned) to see Mario at Audi Lakeland as he and the team will give you a pleasurable buying experience. However, the professionalism, charisma and relaxed atmosphere provided with my visit to Lakeland Audi was something to write home about. Kayla Lowery and Paul Gomez were simply amazing. They asked me questions and listened intently. They guided me in the right direction for what I was looking for with ease and kindness. Even when I decided to not buy a vehicle the day I visited, I got smiles and ‘hope to see you soon’s’. When I am ready to buy a car, I’ll definitely be going back to Lakeland Audi to see Kayla! More
