Low pressure; worked with my budget I had been researching cars for a while and was interested in the Audi brand. Mario took me for a test drive and I really liked the A4. I told him that I typically don’t purchase new cars, but would be interested in a low mileage newer vehicle. The sales manager, Ken told me about their loaner program and that cars come out of it that are for sale that were closer to my price range. He showed me the sticker of one coming out in July. I was still looking at other cars, but kept thinking about that loaner one. About a month or so later, I was ready to purchase and found a low mileage A4 at another dealership I was interested in. I told Mario about the car and inquired on if anything was available in Lakeland for a similar price. He had me come in the next morning where Ken had another loaner available through their certified program. They gave me a very fair price and on my late model trade in as well. It was very low pressure without the typical sit at a desk and wait for someone to talk to someone else with your offer. The deal was made in a manner of minutes. The contract and financing was painless as well. Best experience buying a car ever! They even gave me a new car as a loaner while mine was being processed. Adam took the time to connect my phone and go over the most common features. I’m thrilled to be a new Audi owner and highly recommend this dealership for your needs. More

Best car buying experience ever First, I hate buying cars. Not sure anyone does. My wife needed a new car and she did all the research and drove 5 different cars and loved the Audi A4. She test drove it and after took me to look. Mario was really nice and no pressure. Explained everything and answered all the questions. They had potential deals but we needed to make sure we could put enough down. Again, no pressure just a follow up. My wife kept researching cars and found a used Audi in Orlando. Before we went she let Mario know and he quickly researched cars he had coming off loaner. We then dealt with the manager Ken and he made us a great deal. We may have been able to get some more off the Orlando car which was similar but these guys were straight forward and put in a lot of time with us. We were sold. Kept us up to date on how long things would take, gave us a loaner to go to lunch as they dealt with other clients for financing. Adam helped on the day we purchased the car and when it was delivered. All of the people from sales, to manager to the receptionist were extremely nice. I definitely recommend going here to buy a car. Even if you never thought of looking at an Audi. the car and customer service is awesome. More

Love my new Audi A3 well new to me I have always wanted an Audi because my name is Audra. I now live where I drive by the Audi Lakeland dealership and spotted this Hot little Red A3. Mario came out to greet me and was no pressure sales. I explained how my son was the car guru but he was at work so Mario suggested we drive to his work which was really close and have him take a look at it as well. I was just planning on looking today but as we talked and after the test drive I New this was the car meant for me. It went so easy fianancing went super quick everyone was so helpful and no pressure. I would definitely recommend Audi Lakeland for your next car purchase. Wound up buying a more expensive Audi (the TT) instead of a A3 Cabriolet but not because of pressure. We asked for and they gave us plenty of time to talk privately before agreeing to the purchase. Preston, the Finance expert, put together my deal and gave me a couple of financing options. We travelled from Tampa- would totally recommend making the trip to the Lakeland dealership. Go see Mario Polit at Audi Lakeland....it's worth your time. It was that time again when my husband and I set out to purchase a new vehicle (or new to us), which in the past has not been a pleasurable experience It was that time again when my husband and I set out to purchase a new vehicle (or new to us), which in the past has not been a pleasurable experience. Now I know this is an Audi dealership, but thankfully they also deal in pre-owned vehicles. We were discouraged about getting into a new vehicle at a price we were comfortable with for everything we wanted on the vehicle. As we were passing the new Audi Lakeland location (after leaving a competitor across I-4 who will remain unnamed) we noticed a Jeep on their lot (which is what we were in the market for). We pulled in (just to take a quick peek) and ended up driving away in it. Our sales rep, Mario Polit, was wonderful to work with and he did not pressure us during any of the car buying process (which most dealerships do). Paul Gomez was great with the financing process as well. Mario and Paul both stayed late on a Saturday night to finalize the paperwork and followed through with their promise to find a lower interest rate once the banks opened on Monday. A lot of dealerships would just leave it at the interest rate they had at the time of filling out the paperwork. Mario and the Audi team went above and beyond their job descriptions and we would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle (or pre-owned) to see Mario at Audi Lakeland as he and the team will give you a pleasurable buying experience.
