Right Place, Right Vehicle, Right Price! I'd been searching for a vehicle for several months and had been through multiple frustrating experiences at other dealerships when I found my vehicle I'd been searching for a vehicle for several months and had been through multiple frustrating experiences at other dealerships when I found my vehicle online at Lakeland Audi. I received a text follow up from Adam before the dealership had even opened! I had a couple of questions and Adam tracked down my answers and got back to me very quickly. I agreed to go in for a test drive the next day and was very impressed by the dealership. My family and I were greeted by a very friendly smile at the front desk and we were offered free snacks and drinks while Adam wrapped up his previous appointment (I was a bit early for mine). The woman who greeted us even went out of her way to find an "allergy friendly" snack for my two year old. Adam was extremely personable, very knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice and honest guy. In the short time I was at the dealership, Adam did everything he could to expedite the process, make sure my family was comfortable, and to ensure that our experience was a positive one. I'd spent several months with one frustrating experience after another, but Audi of Lakeland was a pleasant experience from start to finish. After I initially reached out online, my family and I drove away from the dealership in our new vehicle the very next day. No games, no issues getting what I was looking for, and no unpleasant run-rounds. Thank you to Adam and the rest of the team at Audi of Lakeland. Low pressure; worked with my budget I had been researching cars for a while and was interested in the Audi brand. Mario took me for a test drive and I really liked the A4. I told him that I typically don’t purchase new cars, but would be interested in a low mileage newer vehicle. The sales manager, Ken told me about their loaner program and that cars come out of it that are for sale that were closer to my price range. He showed me the sticker of one coming out in July. I was still looking at other cars, but kept thinking about that loaner one. About a month or so later, I was ready to purchase and found a low mileage A4 at another dealership I was interested in. I told Mario about the car and inquired on if anything was available in Lakeland for a similar price. He had me come in the next morning where Ken had another loaner available through their certified program. They gave me a very fair price and on my late model trade in as well. It was very low pressure without the typical sit at a desk and wait for someone to talk to someone else with your offer. The deal was made in a manner of minutes. The contract and financing was painless as well. Best experience buying a car ever! They even gave me a new car as a loaner while mine was being processed. Adam took the time to connect my phone and go over the most common features. I’m thrilled to be a new Audi owner and highly recommend this dealership for your needs. More

Best car buying experience ever First, I hate buying cars. Not sure anyone does. My wife needed a new car and she did all the research and drove 5 different cars and loved the Audi First, I hate buying cars. Not sure anyone does. My wife needed a new car and she did all the research and drove 5 different cars and loved the Audi A4. She test drove it and after took me to look. Mario was really nice and no pressure. Explained everything and answered all the questions. They had potential deals but we needed to make sure we could put enough down. Again, no pressure just a follow up. My wife kept researching cars and found a used Audi in Orlando. Before we went she let Mario know and he quickly researched cars he had coming off loaner. We then dealt with the manager Ken and he made us a great deal. We may have been able to get some more off the Orlando car which was similar but these guys were straight forward and put in a lot of time with us. We were sold. Kept us up to date on how long things would take, gave us a loaner to go to lunch as they dealt with other clients for financing. Adam helped on the day we purchased the car and when it was delivered. All of the people from sales, to manager to the receptionist were extremely nice. I definitely recommend going here to buy a car. Even if you never thought of looking at an Audi. the car and customer service is awesome. More
