Great service department!! I had an excellent experience with the service department at Audi Lakeland. They picked up my vehicle and provided a loaner vehicle while the service I had an excellent experience with the service department at Audi Lakeland. They picked up my vehicle and provided a loaner vehicle while the service was being completed. My car was back to me the same day. Also, the communication between the department and myself was stellar. I knew at all times how the service was proceeding on my vehicle! Super job! More
