My sales representative, Danny, provided straight forward answers to all of my questions. His knowledge of the Audi line was just what I needed to sort out all the other cars I was considering. The facility is bright, efficient, and just a pleasurable place overall to look at cars. Financing was just a smooth and informative! On Monday morning I received a follow up call from Linda ( customer care) to check that I had received everything that should come with the car. Monday afternoon a follow up call from Danny to be sure that I was enjoying my new Q5 and an offer to receive more assistance with learning all the features of the car if needed.
