Excellent Purchase Experience - Audi Lakeland Thank you Vito and Ken for your outstanding commitment to me as your new customer! I am particular and knew specifically what I wanted in my car. My requirements were unobtainable except by purchasing a new A3. We worked over several days together and I went back in to speak with Vito & Ken thinking, in my mind, what could be done, since I did not wish to wait months for a new car. Now from the beginning Vito suggested the Q3 as an option, since the drive train is the same as the A3 and it was a sporty car. Well, today I took a look at the Q3 just to view the exterior & interior colors to compare to an A3 Ken could get from another dealer. I had no intention of taking it for a test drive and lo and behold I took a drive, love, love, love the way it handled and I am a very proud owner of a Q3 from my Audi Lakeland dealer.
