A Great Car Buying Experience We had a wonderful experience with Avy! He was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable on all Audi vehicles and services. He took his time answering and figuring out answers to all my questions. He was very patience as I kept having to reach out to him or forgot to do something he asked, like return previous vehicles second key. Car buying can take some time... lol and I had my two children with me for the whole process. All the staff, especially Mrs Linda at the front desk, were very accommodating of my girls. Mrs Linda offered Audi coloring books to my girls and even let them put on a kids program as they waited. I like how I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make a decision by anyone, especially when it came to working out finances. Paul, the general sales manager, is a straight shooter. That made all the difference for us. I was pleasantly surprised by the personal welcome I received from Ken, the GM. It made me feel like I was more than just another sale. I’ve purchased many many vehicles before and have never had a GM come to me and greet me that way. Ken even followed up as we were finishing to make sure I had a great experience and answer any questions I had. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had!! We love our Q7 and the staff at Audi Lakeland. More

We were misled We saw a car on a website advertising a 2016 Honda Civic. We contacted Audi Lakeland who had the car and asked for details. We communicated with Vit We saw a car on a website advertising a 2016 Honda Civic. We contacted Audi Lakeland who had the car and asked for details. We communicated with Vito Susca who informed us that the car was "in mint condition." Because we were traveling approximatley two hours (from Venice to Lakeland) to see the car we did as much research as possible about honda civics in general and the car at Audi Lakeland specifically. In addition to speaking with Vito, we also asked his sales manager, Jared Plummer, about the car. Jared Plummer also stated that the car was "in mint condition." When we got to Audi Lakeland we were shocked. The car had multiple deep scratches all over the hood as well as scratches on other parts of its body. Because it was a 2016, we weren't expecting perfection by any means, but this car had more scratches on the hood then I've ever seen on a car. We had clearly been misled and had driven two hours for nothing. While Jared apologied and offered to paint the hood of the car, we were no longer interested. If the car had been treated so poorly on the outside, how had it been driven? If we couldn't rely on what two employees told us, how could we trust that the hood would be painted properly and that the paint would last? And while the hood was the worst, there were numerous other scratches on the car as well. We spent four hours on the road for nothing. Vito Susca and Jared Plummer had lied to us. More
