Josh Thomas was amazing and fantastic all the way through making sure my girlfriend and I were thoroughly taken care of in getting a new car that fit our needs and budget after an rear ending accident totale making sure my girlfriend and I were thoroughly taken care of in getting a new car that fit our needs and budget after an rear ending accident totaled out our previous car. The Audi dealership was so clean and ridiculously nice. But the star here was Josh being able to be patient with us, taking his time to review and go over everything so we understood every bit, and always being up front and honest with his recommendations and our options. Made it all painless and easy and set us up in a great 2020 Volkswagen Jetta that we love. The biggest thing that I can't say enough about was that he put us into something that we could be completely comfortable and happy with, both the car and our deal as a whole. Appreciate him and the dealership for helping out, strongly recommend them but especially him. More
