Terrible service department, my car has been there since Friday with no help from this dealership or corporate! Do not use this dealership for ANY service work!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s a safety recall on my vehicle and it shut off in the middle of the road on me, but yet no one can even tell me when my car will be worked on! At first this dealership couldn’t even find my vehicle from when it was towed there! Complete disaster and unacceptable from Audi all around! More
Took my car in for the warranty service. I stayed at the shop and waited for my car. After a few hours I went up front to find out what was going on and was told they sent a video to my pho I stayed at the shop and waited for my car. After a few hours I went up front to find out what was going on and was told they sent a video to my phone with recommended extra maintenance that my car needed. Of course they couldn’t walk 20 feet to let me know. It just so happened they sent the text to the phone of my deceased husband-mind you, they checked with me on my cell number when I checked in. No problem. I told them to do the work on the car. Paid over $700 when I left. Well, I go to file the invoice and look at last years invoice and find out they did a service on my car that had been done last year. I don’t know because last year my husband took the car for the service before he passed and now he is gone so he couldn’t tell me they did that service. So I call and explain the situation and of course I get some crazy response. However, I was told they would call me back. No call back. I call again- no call back and also know, they don’t answer the phone many times. So I call and request to speak to the service manager. No call. I call back and a young man promised he would have the service manager call me back and he did. Mick Randall. Mick listened to my problem and said he wanted to talk to the technician and find out why the service was done. He promised he would call me back that same day. No call back. The next day no call. So two days later I call again and leave a message for Mick Randall. No call back so I decided to drive to Audi. The person who took my car in for the service was there and knew what the issue was because , he too would not call me back- Alejandro Ocasio. So he goes in Micks office which is in a few feet from AlEjandro. Nick knows I’m here but does not take a second to talk to me or even look at me. They decide to give me the refund. So I ask Alejandro if that was Mick and he says yes. I knock on the door and walk in and Mick looks at me like I’m a piece of crap- like why are you in my office. So I calmly tell him that he promised to call me two days ago and he did not. I tell him I wait an entire day the next day, he still did not call. I tell him I called today and left a message for him to call back And he still didn’t call back. I told him I am a customer and did not deserve to be treated like that. He gives me this weak apology. I could can accept they made a mistake by redoing this service. What I can’t take is ignoring me like I was nobody. They got their money and my issue was not worth a 5 minute call and update. All he had to do is acknowledge me but I guess they just thought I would just go on about my business if they did not call me back. I will say, be aware of any extra maintenance they say you need. Also know, if there is an issue you have with them and their work, they will not even acknowledge you. Well I’m calling the manager of the entire dealership to make a complaint. Let’s see how that pans out. I will let you know!! More
Just warning all customers to be very wary of getting any vehicle from Audi Lakeland. I was scammed out my extended warranty! I purchased a vehicle in 11/2020 and the Audi finance manager explained to me tha vehicle from Audi Lakeland. I was scammed out my extended warranty! I purchased a vehicle in 11/2020 and the Audi finance manager explained to me that I would have a 6 year warranty bumper to bumper. I was given half of a product. This year I experienced a total loss with my vehicle, and at the time of the total loss, I also found out that my extended warranty was expired. Not only was I in shock to find out that my warranty expired, but I realize that the finance Manager place me in a wraparound warranty. Sadly, he charged me the full amount if the Warranty totally 5k. However, I only got a three year Because he dated it back to 2017 without my knowledge. Shouldn’t I being paying half of 5k since it had a three year lapse! How do you back date a warranty!?? Not only was it deceptive, but I was defrauded out of $5000 Audi was paid twice once from the original owner of the car and second from me the second owner of the Vehicle. I really am questioning the ethics of all dealerships now because of the experience that I’ve had here. Please be very careful I spoke with Paul and Geno to let them know what was going on and they pretty much said too bad, you signed the document. Please make sure you’re paying attention to all of your documents, because you will be out of your money if you truly don’t understand the warranty process. This is what we call pure fraud and deception. It’s just sad that the management shunned me off as if I meant absolutely nothing to them. Very unprofessional and nasty. More

I bought an Audi Q5 and it was amazing for the price he got me. I wanted a little lower payment but he got me to a fair price. I honestly never jump the gun if I don't get the price I want. I am living in Arizona and temporarily in Lakeland helping out family with medical issues. I had to pay taxes in AZ and FL but he explained that there is nothing he could do about it. I still walked out of there with a great vehicle under MSRP. While waiting he even took the time to show me one of the veteran salesmans expensive Audi. I was impressed the employee allowed him too. They detailed my vehicle and gave me all the reports on prior owners, etc. This Sales person is on his way to the top. Thanks Dennis and staff. You will know Dennis when you walk in with his million dollar smile and dtermination to succeed. Nice work !!!! Keep rising to the top !!!!!! More

We were able to do a lot of the negotiating from home and even have the car delivered to knowledgeable. He made the process very easy and low stress.
