Nowadays you have many choices to get a I bought my Audi Q5 2018 back in June 2018 when it just came out. Get there around 2pm and had my car at 5pm. Nowadays you have many choices to get a new vehicle so services are everything here. My salesman was nice, showed me everything that I need to know about the car even though I pretty much familiar with all technologies the car has. Too bad he doesn’t work here anymore. I keep my car clean so I wash it once a week and Audi provides it for free, just sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, of hot chocolate lol. When my car need services or something that I concern about, the service team make sure that they do their best jobs and give me the best services. I don’t have to wait too long, or wait with too many customers at the same time. Nice lobby and quite waiting area which is what I like. I couldn’t ask better services than that. It’s like day and night between Audi and Hampton Toyota ( I trade my Highlander limited for Audi just because of the services) More

They made me feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door making sure my experience was world class. The dealership itself is imaculate and extremely clean. The sales team were all impressively knowledgeable about their products and pleasantly personable as well. The payment process was smooth and in a timely manner unlike other slow and drawn out experiences that I have dealt with through other dealerships. By the time I got home with my new S6 I was ready to turn around and go get a Q7. I will be buying Audi’s the rest of my life and will only be buying through Audi Lafayette due to the unbelievable hospitality they offer. More

My plan was to test drive several different makes of cars and then make my purchase in Spring 2018. That was my plan! I had never been in an Audi, much less driven one, so I was there out of curiosity. Mark Martin was my sales rep and was able to answer my questions before I even asked them. The few questions I did have, he was able to respond immediately with the information I needed. I never once felt they were selling me this car to meet their goals, budget or quota. I felt they were selling me this car to help me. The entire Audi team made me feel welcome and when they welcomed me to the Audi Family, I truly felt I had made new friends.
