Waiting & detail Went pick up my brand new A4 and they didn’t detail and wash my car good. So I have to wait another hour for them to rewash after an hour of waiting t Went pick up my brand new A4 and they didn’t detail and wash my car good. So I have to wait another hour for them to rewash after an hour of waiting the car is still the same. There were still dirty spots on the car even one of the employee saw it too. Not happy! More

Kenn and this dealership are awesome!! Let me preface this by saying I have purchased two Audi A8’s I’m the past 6 years or so at a dealership in another state. While those purchases were “normal”, and I really had nothing to complain about, the purchase of a Q7 for my wife from Kenn and Audi of Lafayette was without a doubt the most pleasant purchases of an automobile in my life. I’ve purchased over 20 new cars in my life and this purchase without a doubt is the #1 in my mind. Kenn went above and beyond to see that it was we were taken care of before and after the sale, I feel that we received a very fair deal and it was accomplished without any complications or problems. I also have been bringing my A8 in for service since the dealership opened up and I could not be happier with the service department and the people whom I’ve had the pleasure to deal with! I would whole heartedly recommend Kenn and Audi of Lafayette as the salesperson and dealership for you next vehicle!!! More

So glad we gave them another try! Xcellent experience! We had a bad experience at this location many yrs ago and vowed never to return. Well, we're so glad that we tried them again.
