I noticed she wa My wife felt it was time for me to purchase her a new vehicle. We began shopping online, looking at photos, watching YouTube reviews. I noticed she was leaning towards high end vehicles. I’m not gonna lie I was beginning to get nervous. She would pick out one and I would counter with a much cheaper version. We drove several really nice vehicles and she was undecided. I am a very hard customer. I work as a supervisor and I have a high expectation of someone who chooses a profession. If you sign up for a job I believe you should try to be the best you can possibly be. If I’m your potential customer I expect to be treated like you are willing to earn my business. I do not want to be treated different. I’m watching how you approach the other customers as well because one day I may need to let my wife handle servicing or with an issue she’s having. From the moment we showed up our salesman went above and beyond expectations. He spent several hours making sure we picked the “right” vehicle. He was well informed about options and explaining the many functions of every model we looked at. Once a model was chosen we moved to finance, which our salesman coordinated with his team. I spoke my unrealistic goals and he was able to handle the negotiating to get me as close as I could get within reason. The paperwork process was handled just as professionally as the rest of the experience. We were given options to suit our needs and to help with future service. Overall my family’s complete experience was a great one. At the end of the day my wife chose an AUDI Q7, and I chose Trent at AUDI Lafayette More
