Audi TTS "An Experience directed by Kenn Posey" This was the first time I buy a car from out of state (resident of TX) so naturally was a bit concerned about the whole process . I think I was lucky that I ended up connecting with Kenn Posey. I had some scheduling conflicts so instead of shipping the vehicle he actually drove the car half way to Dallas so we can swap cars and took my trade-in back with him. He was super awesome, friendly southern personality, fashionable attire (thumbs up), and rather easy to deal with. Keep up the good work! LLOOVVIINNGG the new ride. My best car buying experience in my life! Recently, I determined I needed to purchase a second vehicle for myself to garage in Texas to cover Texas and Oklahoma for the large geographical segm Recently, I determined I needed to purchase a second vehicle for myself to garage in Texas to cover Texas and Oklahoma for the large geographical segment of my territory for work. I did my research and decided on the Audi Q5. Through my employer, we have a program that is called True Buyer and it allows us to put in those specifications for the vehicle and it locates them within a given radius to your desired location. Well, what it can’t prepare you for is the individuals you’ll be dealing with during the car buying experience. I was given 3 dealerships to choose from. I was very busy traveling and couldn’t really stop right then to vet the actual vehicle. But, knowing there were several within a 3 hour drive really helped. It took 3 weeks for Kenn and I to speak, but it was truly his professional, patient persistence that won him the final sale here. He never gave up, and he never overstepped the boundaries of this busy career woman. We worked the financing end over the phone and email. I was still traveling, of course, and when I finally made it to the dealership to get my beautiful vehicle it was a perfect union without even one minor moment of anything other than a professional experience. I was in and out in 30 min. Hopefully, this helps anyone out there looking for an experience in buying a car to have a pleasant one instead of that similar to a root canal. Above and Beyond I spent months searching all over Texas for a reasonably priced used Lexus RX 350 with no luck, I didn’t get so much as a call back from North Park Le I spent months searching all over Texas for a reasonably priced used Lexus RX 350 with no luck, I didn’t get so much as a call back from North Park Lexus in San Antonio. Finally, I came across one that was listed on CarGurus by Audi Lafayette. I contacted the dealership and Kenn Posey called me back immediately. Kenn’s professional, friendly and thorough follow up, as well as his ability to answer all of my questions quickly, made him stand out from the rest. He went to the GM, Frank to negotiate a better price for me than the one that was listed. Frank even called me himself to let me know that they would do what they had to to earn my business. They appraised my trade in and offered me a price I couldn’t refuse. I agreed to buy the car and drive from San Antonio to Houston to meet Kenn half way. On the day before I was to meet him, my friend could not go with me. So I asked Kenn if he would drive the car to San Antonio for me. And he said yes! Kenn DELIVERED my car to me in San Antonio !! He spent 6 hours driving each way. I am happy beyond words! This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Kenn and Frank were awesome to work with. Thank you so much Kenn!!
