This is the experience that I have each time I go to Audi Lafayette. Most of the time I relax in the waiting room and read, work on my iPad, and the service is very quickly accomplished. When it is announced that my car is ready, I feel that I would not mind waiting a while longer and extend my conversation with the friendly personnel. More

I was a die hard Mercedes guy, and was about to purchase my third Mercedes when Kenn completely sold himself and the Audi brand to me like he had been doing it his whole life. He was a professional, but also made sure that my needs were catered to greatly. I could tell that he genuinely cared about me picking the perfect vehicle for myself and was going to stop at nothing to make sure I was completely satisfied. His beard was awesome, too. Kinda looks like a white version of Kimbo Slice. I will continue to buy cars from Kenn in the future, even if he is working at Team Honda. More
