“Overachievers” Initially I had reservations about what to expect from the Audi Lafayette sales team. My wife and I researched and knew our Audi selection. Now comes the potential stress, visiting the dealership, test drive and the sales person. My expectation of the sales person was low to non-existent. I just needed a human organism to hand me the keys and I would handle the rest. Then Mike Bessard approached us with a very sincere welcome. We expressed to Mike our purpose for the visit and the Audi product we were interested in. From there Mike Bessard was an MVP to us. Mike essentially closed the sale for Audi Lafayette. Mike displayed all the attributes an authentic loyal sales associate should. Not surprisingly he echoed his attributes to the entire Audi Lafayette Family.
