On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give these guys a 12. If you're interested in purchasing a high end auto, after you've looked at the three point star and those Bavarian numbers, do yourself a favor and check out the Audi lineup. I have never had a salesman so friendly and knowledgeable about a vehicle. What I liked the most about Kenn is that he was not making us feel pressured in any way. I have heard from my neighbor, who drives an Audi, how wonderful their service department is for the customers. This really impressed me.
