I have visited a few times for service and repairs and every time I feel as though I have been treated with the utmost respect. Griffen was extra helpful offering a ride to ease the process of dropping my S3 off for service. My chat with Dylan while waiting was refreshing. As a “car guy” I appreciate the fact that you have employees who not only want to sell cars but also share our passion for them. Most notable though, was Diogo. My situation would have been stressful for anyone as it involved the insurance company and the repairs were costly. Diogo kept me updated through the whole process and kept things on track with the delays on parts and called when there was a change. I am envious of the the team you have assembled there and I am greatful that I have them here in Lafayette to keep my Audi running great. Please extend my gratitude to the guys in the shop as well.
