Brennan was great, probably the best sales rep I have ever dealt with in all my years buying cars. He took the time to personally check the vehicle and send me additional pics and video, and maintenance ever dealt with in all my years buying cars. Brennan and Matt made the experience of buying my daughter’s Audi Q3 pleasurable. The agreement regarding the car and price were agreed to online. When my husband and I arrived, a young man greeted us with a smile and an offer of help within moments of our arrival. I would soon find out that his name was Carl (CJ) and that he would be taking care of us...and boy did he! CJ ended up being a godsend! His easy-going way, professionalism, incredible product knowledge, and sincerity were qualities that won my husband and I over! Between his sales prowess and the irresistible Q8, we simply had to say yes to this exciting new purchase. Sutton in the finance office was very charming and knowledgeable as well, making the details of our purchase easy and straightforward. I would be remiss if I did not mention that I had a serendipitous conversation over the phone with Erica in service that led to her letting me know about the incredible service policy of this dealership for out of town buyers. That was HUGE for us. Erica was obviously knowledgeable, and we even shared a few laughs over the phone. I immediately liked her and the dealership. When the specific car we chose arrived on the lot a few days later, I had yet another wonderful experience with the staff at Audi Lafayette. Matt greeted me as I gave him the keys for my trade-in. He, Frank and the service team had to work together to contend with my vehicle… They took any challenge in stride, never made me feel anything less than welcome, and provided another top-notch experience for the last leg of my purchase. That’s the kind of treatment that builds relationships and makes me want to be loyal to Audi for the long haul. I would say that the best part of my experience with my purchase at Audi Lafayette was actually AFTER the purchase was already complete. I had the opportunity to spend an extended amount of time with CJ, learning about the car and getting some fun and in-depth tutorials. When I entered my vehicle that day, I felt a slightly overwhelmed and a little scared of her. By the time CJ finished with me, I was back to being excited and confident in my purchase. That is absolutely priceless to me...and to my husband. That’s the attitude I continue to have and look forward to projecting to any of my friends and family that are interested in an Audi purchase from Audi Lafayette. I have to say, I felt a little guilty because CJ stayed for a couple of hours after he was supposed to get off from work. He fielded my questions, helping me get all of the little details ironed out for my car, and even accompanying me over to service at the day’s end to have the perfect license plate installed. :-) That gave me an opportunity to meet the service manager, who was another 10! I know that my service experience will be just as affirming as the rest of my time at Audi Lafayette. CJ continues to make himself available to my husband and I, providing his cell phone for any questions that arise. This allows me to shoot questions his way as I become more and more familiar with my Q8 and fall more in love with her. I really couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience at Audi Lafayette. I look forward to my journey as a new owner of Susie Q 🔥, and to being a part of the Audi Lafayette family. More
