Our relationship with Vince began summer of this year. We had driven by late at night more times than we can count to stop & admire your beautiful vehicles. We were just beginning our search to purchase my wife a car but truthfully thought Harper was just a little out of our budget. We also wanted to test drive & did many vehicles, before buying. Finally one Saturday in August, we stopped in & met Vince. We test drove the Q5 we wanted & LOVED IT! It was just more than we had budgeted for. After that, we must have drove by a hundred times & stopped back in a couple of times just to see if it was still available. Vince would call us periodically just to stay in touch. He was always professional, friendly, happy to see us when we'd stop in and always made me feel WELCOME. Finally almost 3 months into the process, Vince called me one Saturday afternoon & said come get your car? He told me that no one had expressed such an interest in this particular car & he wanted us to have it. We then worked out the details with the help of Dickey. I was coming off of my lease of a V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and was not happy with the quality of Jeep so I was not going to lease another. I had previously leased two Audi A6's, and was always happy with per and was not happy with the quality of Jeep so I was not going to lease another. I had previously leased two Audi A6's, and was always happy with performance and craftsmanship. My current dream car is an Audi S5. Unfortunately, my driveway won't allow for a car with low clearance. Hence, I decided to check out the Q5 and Q7. The Q5 was appropriate size for my needs and comfort. Vince was very helpful in finding the model and color scheme that I was looking for. Given how much I travel, we coordinated primarily through email and when he located the Q5, I conveniently stopped by, checked it out, got all paperwork completed, and drove away. The paperwork process was relatively painless. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Vince has followed up since purchase to inquire how everything was going with the new vehicle. Given that the Q5 has a little over 1,000 miles on it now, I haven't come in for service yet. I am assuming the service will be as expected and as experienced at Harpers in the past when I had my A6 - prompt, friendly, clean waiting room with wifi, and loaner if needed. More

When we finally made our purchase in August of an authorized Audi used A4 we were introduced to the service manager and others who explained aspects of the car and warranty provisions in detail. No question was left unanswered. Minor cosmetic work was performed as agreed. The price and trade-in was fair and we left totally pleased. Stepping up to a new vehicle would be through Harper as well based on this experience. More

They have the highest caliber of Porsche Technicians, like David, and will keep your Porsche in peak performance. Harper's has generously sponsored adrenaline surging track events and tech sessions that were informative and fun. In fact, I attended 1 of these hands-on sessions with our PCA Club and changed my 997's oil. This gave me a new appreciation for the quality workmanship Harper's provides. Loaner vehicles are always available, but I suggest if you have the time, stay and enjoy the world-class experience of Harper Porsche. Just like Porsche-there is no substitute for Harper's. More
