Recently I was in the market for a new car since my Mercedes lease was coming to an end. I was in the market for an Audi in the past but regrettably decided to go another route at the time. When the opportunity came up again to get a new car I wanted to give Audi another visit. My first interaction with Audi was with Chris Shore. Chris was very informative and accommodating. I was impressed that despite visiting the dealership on three different occasions, he was not frustrated with me, rather he was more and more accommodating every time. After allot of research I finally decided that I was going to try and get into a new S4. I called Chris and let him know that I was ready to make the plunge. Chris was on vacation at the time and wouldn't be back in the office for a week. Rather than making me wait, Chris decided that he would set me up with someone else who could help me out. This was impressive because Chris could have easily made me wait so that he could make the sale. I really appreciated his honesty in this matter. Chris got me set up with Trent Rogers and this is where my actual buying experience started. When I initially met Trent I thought he was an energetic guy who had a real passion for cars in general and specifically for Audi. Trent knew that I was interested in the S4 but he went out of his way to make sure that I knew about the entire product line before actually making the commitment. What stuck out to me immediately about Trent is that he was not pushy at all. I felt like I could have left at any time and he would have respected my decision. This was a completely different feeling than I was used to with a pushy Mercedes dealership. I immediately felt like I could trust Trent and I felt really good about doing business with him. The next couple of days were spent on discussing pricing options and finding a car that I wanted. I was interested in a 6 speed manual which aren’t very common in this model. I expected this process to take a while but within a couple of days Trent had the exact car I wanted on a flatbed truck on its way to Knoxville, and for a price that I was happy with. The day I arrived to pick up the car was simply awesome.... I walked into the dealership and my car was parked in the show room waiting for me to take it home. I literally felt like the 45 minutes (incredibly quick) I spent in the dealership to finalize the deal was all dedicated to me. Trent went out of his way to make sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted it and that I was completely happy with the end product. Trent spent time showing me the ins and outs of the car and was ready to answer any question I had. It was a very comfortable and informal experience that I really appreciated. There were many other things that Trent did to make my experience extremely pleasant but I won’t go on and on about the details. Long story short, if you want an experience that is comfortable, no hassle, fun, and easy, call Trent Rogers. A big thanks to Trent and the rest of the staff at Audi for making me feel like my money was well spent. This is how everyone should do business, and this is how you build a loyal clientele. More
After much online research and several dealer visits and test drives, I decided to lease an Audi A6 prestige model. Since Harper's is about a 1.5 hour drive from my house and my wife was 9 months pregnant when the car came in I told them it would have to be a quick transaction to pick up the car. When I got there, Chris and finance manager Dicky Jones had everything ready to go and I was in and out in 45 mintues, which included a brief overview of the car. Throughout the whole process I never once felt pressured and they all seemed very genuine in their desire to make sure I was completely satisfied. Not only has the car been awesome, but the purchasing experience was so good that I will gladly make the 1.5 hour drive to them for my next vehicle! More

Since I purchased my Audi 4 years ago I have always found the service at Harper to be impeccable. I am highly likely to purchase Audi motor cars in the future, and the Harper service is the MAJOR INFLUENCER the service at Harper to be impeccable. I am highly likely to purchase Audi motor cars in the future, and the Harper service is the MAJOR INFLUENCER in this regard. I would recommend Harper's most highly to any other individual. Audi are fortunate to have such an excellent dealer. Although I have had nothing but good experience with every Harper employee I will single out Charles Vesser in particular. In his quiet way he gives one the feeling that your concern is his concern and that he wants nothing more than to satisfy the needs of the situation. He is an excellent representative for Audi. Charles exhibits the following characteristics: (a) Always very welcoming (you are #1) regardless of how much activity is going on. (b) He listens carefully to what you have to say about any issues, and asks appropriate questions to better understand. He is efficient and yet not hasty. (c) He explains the work that has been done in a quietly authoritative way. (d) He keeps one fully up to the mark in the event that the service required has some issues or takes longer than originally anticipated. (e) He combines quiet professionalism with a friendly approach. More
My experience is the exact opposite of the majority present. While I have no complaints with the purchase of my 2011 Jaguar XF, service is another matter. Shortly after purchase, we noticed the cooled seats didn't function and the a/c wasn't much better. After keeping the car 4 days, and not doing any repairs, Bill's response: "YEAH, THEY ALL SUCK." Not the response one expects to hear after purchasing a $60K automobile. After some convivial back and forth, and a test drive in a new 2012, I was lectured by the service tech (whose name escapes me) concerning the differences between cooled seats and ventilated seats. When I politely pointed out that I've owned cars with both, his response: "YOU'VE BEEN DRIVING A CADILLAC TOO LONG, YOU'RE EXPECTING TOO MUCH." Jaguar USA was completely useless as well. Their response: "Just take it to another dealer." More
I was looking to buy a new SUV. After seeing a 2012 Audi Q7 one Sunday afternoon on the lot, I emailed Oscar on Monday to inquire. Upon entering the dealership the following Saturday, I was met by Vince Neeley. I told him why I was there and within minutes, he had the keys and I was getting a hands on review of the Q7. We took a test drive and I made the decision to trade for the Q7. Vince was a true professional throughout the negotiations and reinforced what I had come to expect from Harpers. But the story gets better...about 9 days after my purchase...I realized that this just wasn't the vehicle I wanted. Great vehicle, just not a fit for me. So, I contacted Oscar, who in turn got with Vince and I told them I really would like to trade the Q7 for the Infiniti QX56. Needless to say, they both stressed that they wanted me happy. I found what I was looking for on the Harper website, called Vince and told him. He called me back after having walked to the back lot to verify the options I was looking for and had already worked out the trade terms, which were very reasonable and to my liking. I told Vince I was on my way to trade. When I got there, Vince walked me throughout the whole process and introduced me to my beautiful 2012 Infiniti QX56. I now consider Vince a friend. I would highly recommend Harpers, Oscar Smith and Mr. Vince Neeley. This is the definition of what car buying should be. Hands down....the best!!! More

Chris Shore kept me appraised of the status of sale (the car was custom ordered), reviewed the various lease/purchase options clearly, and generally ran all the interference necessary to ensure I was ready to go as soon as the car was ready for me to drive away. Although I had extensively researched the operation of the various features of the car during its production and delivery (got to love YouTube), Chris still took the time to walk through everything and ensure I understood the vehicle thoroughly. In fact, my 11 year old was already using the rear seeat entertainment system before we were completely off the lot! More
