Dicky Jones immediately responded to my call and began searching near my location in SC for an Audi dealership that had information about my tires. He was able to locate a tire company with 4 locations that would probably have my specific tires. He provided me with their locations and phone numbers. He was also able to let me know which one was nearest to my current location. What a lifesaver! I really appreciate his kindness and patience during a very stressful time. More

I live in Columbus Ohio and was on vaccation in Florida when I looked on line and found my Audi RS4at Harper. I called and reached Vice. This was very nerve racking buying a car sight unseen. I never planned on flying in to see the car, I just had planned to ship the car due to time constraints. Let me tell you, Vince answered all my calls, emails and texts. I ended up buying the car and having it shipped using a shipper Dicky (the finance manager) reccomended. They were fast, cheap and took great care of the car. The car arrived clean, full of gas and EXACTLY as described. If I lived there I would do all my service there in a heart beat! Vince and the entire Harper team know their product inside and out. They are all extremely friendly and prefer to load their customers up with practical/useful information rather than keeping the pres inside and out. I purchased a 2011 Audi A4 with hail damage last year. The customer service at Harper's was fantastic and they offered me a great deal on the new Audi. The only downside was the actual estimates I received when I got home for repairing the hail damage. At the dealer, we thought the damage was around $2500. It looks like I'm going to have to pay around $5,000. I've received some estimates as high at $7,000. To help resolve this situation, Harper's is working with me to find a reputable PDR company to repair it for the price we thought originally. I love my Audi and the opp to purchase a high end vehicle at a discount price. Matt More
