Just agreed to a deal with Harper Audi to buy our family's 1st Audi...I have been admiring the new Audis for years and after owning 9 BMWs over the last 20 years Audi (with Chris's help) has sold me family's 1st Audi...I have been admiring the new Audis for years and after owning 9 BMWs over the last 20 years Audi (with Chris's help) has sold me in a number of ways on several of their new vehicles over their BMW counter parts. We are purchasing an A4 and the process with Chris and Oscar (whom I have known since his days with Lexus) was smooth and nothing less than top notch. Good communication from day 1 and fair and reasonable pricing on trade in and the new A4 has left me feeling 100% satisfied with both the dealership and Chris. I have dealt with many dealers that start very low on your trade and offer no pricing support forcing you to get aggressive to get a reasonable deal but out of the gate I felt dealing with Chris and Harper was a Win-Win situation. When the new q7s come out later this year I am seriously considering another trade with Chris. I love the q7 as it stands today but some of the new features rumored with the new model of q7 have me very interested to see more on the changes before I officially start shopping for a new family sport utility. When I do start the process Chris and Harper will definitely be at the top of my list for consideration. Good luck to both Chris, Oscar and Harper and thanks for making this purchase a breeze!!! I wanted a low-mileage Audi TT in great shape, and this dealer had a wonderful one for sale. The salesman and finance person made me a fair deal and provided great service, even taking my trade-in (and coordinating shipment of my trade). Recently I was in the market for a new car since my Mercedes lease was coming to an end. I was in the market for an Audi in the past but regrettably decided to go another route at the time. When the opportunity came up again to get a new car I wanted to give Audi another visit. My first interaction with Audi was with Chris Shore. Chris was very informative and accommodating. I was impressed that despite visiting the dealership on three different occasions, he was not frustrated with me, rather he was more and more accommodating every time. After allot of research I finally decided that I was going to try and get into a new S4. I called Chris and let him know that I was ready to make the plunge. Chris was on vacation at the time and wouldn't be back in the office for a week. Rather than making me wait, Chris decided that he would set me up with someone else who could help me out. This was impressive because Chris could have easily made me wait so that he could make the sale. I really appreciated his honesty in this matter. Chris got me set up with Trent Rogers and this is where my actual buying experience started. When I initially met Trent I thought he was an energetic guy who had a real passion for cars in general and specifically for Audi. Trent knew that I was interested in the S4 but he went out of his way to make sure that I knew about the entire product line before actually making the commitment. What stuck out to me immediately about Trent is that he was not pushy at all. I felt like I could have left at any time and he would have respected my decision. This was a completely different feeling than I was used to with a pushy Mercedes dealership. I immediately felt like I could trust Trent and I felt really good about doing business with him. The next couple of days were spent on discussing pricing options and finding a car that I wanted. I was interested in a 6 speed manual which aren’t very common in this model. I expected this process to take a while but within a couple of days Trent had the exact car I wanted on a flatbed truck on its way to Knoxville, and for a price that I was happy with. The day I arrived to pick up the car was simply awesome.... I walked into the dealership and my car was parked in the show room waiting for me to take it home. I literally felt like the 45 minutes (incredibly quick) I spent in the dealership to finalize the deal was all dedicated to me. Trent went out of his way to make sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted it and that I was completely happy with the end product. Trent spent time showing me the ins and outs of the car and was ready to answer any question I had. It was a very comfortable and informal experience that I really appreciated. There were many other things that Trent did to make my experience extremely pleasant but I won’t go on and on about the details. Long story short, if you want an experience that is comfortable, no hassle, fun, and easy, call Trent Rogers. Since Harper's is about a 1.5 hour drive from my house and my wife was 9 months pregnant when the car came in I told them it would have to be a quick transaction to pick up the car. When I got there, Chris and finance manager Dicky Jones had everything ready to go and I was in and out in 45 mintues, which included a brief overview of the car. Throughout the whole process I never once felt pressured and they all seemed very genuine in their desire to make sure I was completely satisfied. Not only has the car been awesome, but the purchasing experience was so good that I will gladly make the 1.5 hour drive to them for my next vehicle! More

In his quiet way he gives one the feeling that your concern is his concern and that he wants nothing more than to satisfy the needs of the situation. He is an excellent representative for Audi. Charles exhibits the following characteristics: (a) Always very welcoming (you are #1) regardless of how much activity is going on. I was looking to buy a new SUV. After seeing a 2012 Audi Q7 one Sunday afternoon on the lot, I emailed Oscar on Monday to inquire. Upon entering the dealership the following Saturday, I was met by Vince Neeley. I told him why I was there and within minutes, he had the keys and I was getting a hands on review of the Q7. We took a test drive and I made the decision to trade for the Q7. Vince was a true professional throughout the negotiations and reinforced what I had come to expect from Harpers. But the story gets better...about 9 days after my purchase...I realized that this just wasn't the vehicle I wanted. Great vehicle, just not a fit for me. So, I contacted Oscar, who in turn got with Vince and I told them I really would like to trade the Q7 for the Infiniti QX56. Needless to say, they both stressed that they wanted me happy. I found what I was looking for on the Harper website, called Vince and told him. He called me back after having walked to the back lot to verify the options I was looking for and had already worked out the trade terms, which were very reasonable and to my liking. I told Vince I was on my way to trade. When I got there, Vince walked me throughout the whole process and introduced me to my beautiful 2012 Infiniti QX56. I now consider Vince a friend. I would highly recommend Harpers, Oscar Smith and Mr. Vince Neeley. This is the definition of what car buying should be. Hands down....the best!!! More
