Each time I take my A-4 in for service, I am greeted at the door, and actually find conversations an enjoyable experience. The service on my car is outstanding--they listen to concerns and answer questions--I'm never left wondering what just happened. When I buy another car, it will be from Harper's, in large part because the service is so reliable (and the Audi is fabulous!). More

Charles was good enough to allow me to have a replacement tire shipped to Harper Audi. The tire was replaced quickly and professionally and my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. Great Job!
