Each time I take my A-4 in for service, I am greeted at the door, and actually find conversations an enjoyable experience. The service on my car is outstanding--they listen to concerns and answer questions--I'm never left wondering what just happened. When I buy another car, it will be from Harper's, in large part because the service is so reliable (and the Audi is fabulous!). More

Best Service Department I've purchased many vehicles over the last 40+ years, and I've never dealt with a better service department. In the past, I've dreaded going to get w I've purchased many vehicles over the last 40+ years, and I've never dealt with a better service department. In the past, I've dreaded going to get work done on my car, in large part due to the hassle of dealing with the people and processes in other service departments. At Harper, they go out of their way to make everything as easy as possible, and everyone I've dealt with has been extremely friendly. I heard for years that Harper was the best, and now I know it to be true. I doubt I'll purchase a car from anywhere else. More
