No cargo net.. you cant order one but it is on the website for order so you have to go to Amazon. Salesperson tells you their customer satisfaction score has to be a 5 out of 5 or they fail, What is the point then? How do you give a "5" with zero follow up. Vehicle comes with fancy hubs. I guess I have to someone to put those on. The app is terrible and they should not push it. If you can go to Orlando or elsewhere. More
Avoid at all costs. I was sold a CPO vehicle that was not up to CPO standards. When I brought this to the attention of the team, I was pushed away. The Audi GM of Sales I was sold a CPO vehicle that was not up to CPO standards. When I brought this to the attention of the team, I was pushed away. The Audi GM of Sales actually lied to Audi corporate about what happened just so he won't have to cover any costs. More

I own 2 Audi's and will never bring either one to be serviced by Audi Jacksonville. Nor will I ever buy another Audi from this dealership. With a labor rate of $300/hr. and an obscene mark-up on parts a serviced by Audi Jacksonville. Nor will I ever buy another Audi from this dealership. With a labor rate of $300/hr. and an obscene mark-up on parts and every time I had service done a new issue showed up within 24 hours, I am now skeptical of their integrity. More
Considering your commitment to excellent customer service, I will like to bring to your attention that your service department is not aligned with your mission and goals and needs improvement. Purc service, I will like to bring to your attention that your service department is not aligned with your mission and goals and needs improvement. Purchased two 2019 Audi A3 and Sq5. Brock made the buying experience wonderful, as you can read at the 5 star review submitted. Unfortunately, cars need service and service department becomes the face of your company's customer care. For two years, we tried to get our safety recalls repaired. Finally, today we picked up the A3 only to find the light still on. Glenn not helpful. Rob did his best but still We will update our reviews and hope that customer care in your dealership is not just a buzz word but a reality. Best regards Minodora Grunberg More
To say my experience with Jacksonville Audi was a horror story is a massive understatement. Back in May, I worked out a deal to purchase a 2022 Audi S5 Sportback, Prestige with all the fixings. I was emaile story is a massive understatement. Back in May, I worked out a deal to purchase a 2022 Audi S5 Sportback, Prestige with all the fixings. I was emailed the specs of the car with the VIN number and the car was scheduled to arrive at the dealership between 6/1/2022 to 6/9/2022. Right in the beginning of June, the sales manager, Jared Plummer called me to let me know that the car I’d put a $4,000 deposit on was being sold to a doctor that needed this car. What’s ironic is that I’m a doctor and was paying for this $80K vehicle in cash. Jared told me I’d have to get a 2023 S5, wait for it, couldn’t give me a ballpark price, and he let me know that Quantum gray isn’t available in the 2023 models. Ok, so to say I was irate doesn’t do it justice. I let him know that I wanted my $4K deposit credited immediately. So, Jared ensured me he was crediting my deposit and to wait a few days for it to show up on my credit card statement. Well, I waited more than a few days, and no credit, so I disputed the charge. I was back in touch with Jax Audi today and they fed me some new lies. They told me that they can’t credit my card because I disputed the charge. Really? All they had to do is notify the credit card company that they agree with the $4K credit. So to this very day, I have a temporary $4K credit. What’s better, is that I worked with a different Audi dealership today and am getting a 2023 Audi S5 Sportback, prestige with all the fixings, plus the Audi exclusive paint charge of $5,900 to get the Nardo gray color. The best part is that I’m paying the same amount that Jax Audi charged me for the 2022 S5 without the paint upgrade. Definitely check with unrelated Audi dealerships prior to purchasing an Audi in Jacksonville. More
I truly doesn’t want to type this down but I have no choice. I want to prevent this from happening to others. I down payment $7000 for the 4-runner and the rest will be taken care by auto loan. I got ca choice. I want to prevent this from happening to others. I down payment $7000 for the 4-runner and the rest will be taken care by auto loan. I got called by the capital one and said something weird. I was given 2 options. 1) return the vehicle to Audi Jacksonville. 2) I have to work with Angel Perez on the solutions and keep the 4-runner. My dad called and talked to Angel and explained everything about the capital one loan. Angel told my dad to return the vehicle after disagree. Dad and I decided to return the vehicle and asked them to give $7000 down payment back. I gave them the key and they said they refuse give me the money back. I asked them for the refund policy and they claimed they don’t do refund. I told them I wanted to see the policy. They provide me and turn out good enough I didn’t signed the form consent/agreement. I told Angel I didn’t signed the paper and was told “it’s doesn’t matter because I took the car for 2 weeks” I correct him it was 10 days. Not 2 weeks. After 2 hours, he still refuse give me the money back. So, they currently holding my $7000 and got their vehicle back. Be careful peoples. More

Was told “unfortunately, it’s sold as it is Spotted this little cracked. Dealer and I didn’t spotted this and I requested them to replace an new one. Was told “unfortunately, it’s sold as it is” and I told them it’s not that hard to replace as I’ve been so busy and overwhelmed by dealers to talk to and get going through all the things loan. I talked Angel (general manager) and explained him what’s wrong. He repeatedly “it’s sold as it is” and hang up when I’m in middle of talking. Not highly recommend but Brandon (dealer) is a cool guy!
