I purchased a $100,000 vehicle from this dealership. I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need to do so in this situation. The buying experience was the worst I have ever experienced. First off I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need to do so in this situation. The buying experience was the worst I have ever experienced. First off I purchased a car that took me over a month to get. The finance manager and general sales manager lied on every occasion that was given to them. I finally just said forget it and requested my down payment to be refunded. They told me if I back out of the deal (which they couldn't complete and get financed no fault of my own) I would lose all my money. This was almost a month into trying to purchase a car from this dealership. After fighting with them for a month and me having to threat lawsuit, the deal was done. I have had my vehicle 2 months and received calls, messages, and emails from sales manager stating that (to some it up shortly) they haven't applied for my permanent tags for my vehicle!!! I have been waiting for 2 months for my license plate that the paperwork hasn't been sent off for. Horrible experience, very arrogant general manager, I was extremely patient with them and I had to contact them for updates while waiting for the deal to be complete even though they had a substantial amount of my money. Lies were told and no follow through with things. On a side note I would have thought with a purchase of that amount I would have been given a gift card for gas to fill up my new car...nope. Awful experience. More
My experience with Audi of Jacksonville unfortunately it’s unpleasant while I was buying $100k car they were only giving me one set of key and I demanded the second self key back in August I was promise it’s unpleasant while I was buying $100k car they were only giving me one set of key and I demanded the second self key back in August I was promise I will get it delivered to my house a month after month I keep checking with my sales rep Marc and I keep hearing different excuses etc. dealership we still waiting on it will check and get back to you until late December I call BB ed again and I spoke to the manager David Buller I explain to him the whole situation he promised me he will fix it the next day he calls me and he was like yes we will send you a key but you have to program it I stated that was not our agreement I was promised a fully functioning key not just a key fob with that being programmed After battling this with him couple weeks later he got back to me and finally stated yes will get you the key but only in certain locations which each one of them is at least two hours away from me that means I will have to waste a full entire day two hours each way and also wait for the service to finish my car it does not make any sense the whole purpose of getting the key is that I don’t have to pay any extra money and as promised while I was Sign in for the deal I do not have to go out of my way and when I asked David why can I go to any range rover he stated because we only allowed to pay $200 for the key and other range rovers will charge us $1000. At this point I don’t believe it’s my responsibility to drive or go anywhere or have to worry about how much do you have to save I was promised a key and all I need to get is what I was promised without me losing any of my time and effort and driving for hours back-and-forth and waste whole whole entire day. I strongly do not recommend them they do not honor the words and if you do buy from them make sure everything‘s in writing I will take several actions against them I will report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as finding a lawsuit against the company. I have instructed my attorney to move forward with the lawsuit says not willing to solve this issue. More
Dropped car off at 8am I had previously called and asked if a ride was available and was told absolutely no problem upon arrival I asked again if a ride was available “yes sir give us 15 minutes “. Will 1 hour later still no ride, I spoke to my customer service representative and told him all you had to do was tell me it would be an hour and I could have made other arrangements. Nice dealership but customer service was lacking at least in my case, very bad. More

. I loved my 2013 Audi convertible, but it was time for a new car. I knew I wanted another Audi but something with a bit more room. I was dreading the usual process of dealing with your typical pushy sales new car. I knew I wanted another Audi but something with a bit more room. I was dreading the usual process of dealing with your typical pushy salesman. My experience was AWSOME from start to finish. Marc Morman at the Atlantic dealership in Jacksonville, Fl. met me at the door. We talked a bit about what I wanted in my next Audi. Once I decided on the model, color and features I wanted Marc was on the hunt. Within a matter of days I had the exact car I was looking for. Thank you Marc for making this transaction different from all other car purchasing experiences. My salesperson, Christopher whom I had a prior experience with back in Feb 2020. I was in the market for a new car for my bday but decided to wait until Dec instead. My hubby returned home from Saudi Arabia for Christmas vacation and we visited Audi. Christopher was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, and his personality made it for easy communicate with him.. He was very patient with me being I was trying to decide between two cars(Q3 & Q5).He provided information on both cars in order to help with my decision. I liked the Q3 but it did not come in what I called a CowBoys blue but the Q5 did. My hubby wanted me happy so needless to say, I left the dealership with the Dallas CowBoys blue Q5. Christopher provided an exceptional car buying experience which my hubby and I was very pleased. He's amazing and I will refer him to anyone in the market for a new audi. Bless car buying experience ever !! More
