New client not impressed I've learned to verify twice before just taking one persons word. something as simple as getting a tire replaced turned out not so simple. when you I've learned to verify twice before just taking one persons word. something as simple as getting a tire replaced turned out not so simple. when you schedule your work day around appts it would be nice to not have to coordinate on the other end when you are the customer. Attention to details is not a strong point I've noticed 3 timed. First service visit when I received my car I had to ask that the oil be wiped off the door handles and steering from mechanics oily hands which were also on the rims. second visit the tire that was replaced had excess white adhesive just smeared on so I had to clean off once I noticed. Third, the internal survey sent to me had the incorrect name on it from a previous customer. More

Trouble Out of Town I wanted to express to you and your staff my gratitude for saving me from a very difficult situation last week. I flew to Ohio to pick up an A8 from I wanted to express to you and your staff my gratitude for saving me from a very difficult situation last week. I flew to Ohio to pick up an A8 from a dealer there late Thursday afternoon. About 175 miles into an 1800 mile road trip back home, the idler pulley failed and the serpentine belt snapped about 10 miles east of Indianapolis. Since it was 10pm, I had to get some help to get the car to your dealership where I left it on your doorstep with a pleading note to help. The following morning, Andrew came to my rescue and was excellent throughout my experience. Your staff by the stroke of luck was able to overnight the part from Wisconsin, and Bryce and the Tech (I'm sorry I don't know his name), were able to get me back together on Saturday for a relatively uneventful drive back home. If your staff wasn't as professional and helpful as they were, I fear I would have been stranded there over the entire holiday weekend, or I would have had to fly back home and come back at a later time. They were outstanding. The only regret I have is that your dealership is too far from where I live to be my go to for your valuable service. However, if I ever find myself in Indianapolis; Audi Indianapolis has a lifelong customer. Thank you again, and please express my appreciate to your staff. UPDATE: 10/06/2016 Additional extenuating circumstances led to my reaching out to the General Manager of Audi Indianapolis for some help with a particular issue. The dealership certainly had no obligation to help me, but Rod Ingalls was absolutely gracious and understanding and helped me as much as I could ask for. Thank you Audi Indianapolis and as I have mentioned, I will be a loyal customer for life. More
Best customer service ever I visited the service department on this past Saturday, I was so impressed with the service I received from David in that department. He was awesome , I visited the service department on this past Saturday, I was so impressed with the service I received from David in that department. He was awesome , he took the time explain everything that was being done to my car. The most important thing is I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I was a women.
