Bait and switch 3 attempts to have airbag recall addressed & each visit an epic fail. All appointments were scheduled by the dealership and upon every visit, after 3 attempts to have airbag recall addressed & each visit an epic fail. All appointments were scheduled by the dealership and upon every visit, after waiting at least an hour with every visit, I was ultimately told that the parts for the recall were not in. There was a note in the system that I had not been into the dealership except for one visit and that is in fact not true. Again, I’ve been there at least three times, in person, and waited a lengthy amount of time only to be told that the service cannot be completed. Incredibly frustrating since every visit has required I take time off of work. On my most recent visit I sat for over an hour before somebody came to tell me that there was no part. The lack of communication within the dealership or between the dealership and Takata ( or from where ever the airbag parts originate ) is non-existestent. It is important to know that the appointments have all been scheduled and initiated by the dealership because the part had been received. My husband and I are convinced that the parts that were originally earmarked from my car were ultimately given to preferred customers. Very, very disappointed. I did find the staff very friendly and do not fault a majority of them for the miscommunication . More

Quick, friendly and helpful I came in for tire pressure check. They were exceptionally low. Quickly determined they only needed air.
