The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Poor street conditions necessitated an alignment which was done quickly at a competitive price. More
Customer service not what it should be! My experiences with Audi INDIANAPOLIS customer service has not been good. I am sure they are good at selling cars, but taking care of the customer aft My experiences with Audi INDIANAPOLIS customer service has not been good. I am sure they are good at selling cars, but taking care of the customer after the car is purchased does not seem to be the priority. With my first experience, I showed up on time for an oil change. The two men that showed up after me where given immediate service and sent on their way with an Uber. I waited 45 minutes for my Uber and was told there was nothing they could do because it is a third party service. It would have been quicker for one of the staff to jump in a car and take me to my office 5 miles away. Secondly, my car was apparently done before I even left the dealership but service did not check to find out it was done - I could have drive my own car away. Second experience is I called for an appointment and told they could not get me in for 3 weeks. I called back to see if there was any way I could get in earlier due to a perceived engine issue. Person agreed to elevate to supervisor. That was a week ago and still no call back. The service person had the audacity to ask me to rate them at the highest satisfaction she. I get their survey. I really believe the head of service needs to put staff through a higher level of customer service and sensitivity training. The Audi buyer expects superior service. More
Tire replacement I was unfortunate enough to hit a deep pothole and destroy both the drivers front and rear tires at 6:30 am. I called for Audi roadside assistance wh I was unfortunate enough to hit a deep pothole and destroy both the drivers front and rear tires at 6:30 am. I called for Audi roadside assistance who was able to retrieve my car with a flatbed truck and take it to Tom Wood Audi. The dealership contacted me when my car arrived and they were able to replace my tires the same day. I picked up my (now clean) car later in the afternoon. Great service with no hassle! More

Repair estimate I live 50 miles from this dealership and my insurance agent told me to take my car to the Audi dealer for a repair estimate. It took over a week to ge I live 50 miles from this dealership and my insurance agent told me to take my car to the Audi dealer for a repair estimate. It took over a week to get an appt and when I got to the Collision center I was told I had to take it to the dealership as he didn’t have a lift. After waiting an hour at the dealership I was told they would get back to me with an estimate. A week later and the only communication I have received is a request to take a satisfaction survey. Ugh! An entire day wasted and I work full time. Still no estimate. Glad it’s driveable! More

Most car dealers I use to dread to visit for a service call, but every time I bring in my car to Audi I get the best service and Trey is the best service advisor I had ever worked with.
