Mike Silos in Service is a rockstar. We stopped in on an NC-MN road trip on a Saturday morning with engine splash shield issues on our Q5. The car was serviced as part of a recall campaign concerning a wiring harness associated with the transmission. I was advised there were two additional updates to be made involving system software.
