I recently brought my 2019 A5 Sportback in for its regular 60K mile service. My experience was nothing but effortless. This has everything to do with my service advisor, Lindsay Knight. As with each and every visit, her easy to talk to, welcoming, and professional demeanor makes my stay (I typically wait for my vehicle and use the time to work) seamless and enjoyable. I know she is backed up by not only a cohesive front-of-house team (Chris Becker has greatly assisted me before, especially when I was in a pinch regarding vehicle inspection) but also the experts behind the scenes in the shop. Service writer had zero communication. Car was there for almost 2 weeks before I finally got him to call me back. Went to service Dept. Hoping yo have Frint passenger window repaired on my 1998 Audi A6. I was charged $219 to diagnose issue when I stated that window is stuck in the dow Hoping yo have Frint passenger window repaired on my 1998 Audi A6.
