Brought car at 63 Kmiles for oil change. Was able to use car service promotional coupon and was provided with car loaners service. Car mechanic call after rechecking car for the oil leak, and told that “It is nor a big deal, it just improper gasket placement during original repair”. It is not a “Big Deal” for him, but for me it was a Big Deal with the costs at the substantial amount of money and a lot of loss of personal time.Car service advisor apologized for the inconveniences, but there were no other incentive were offered for the inconveniences such a loss of personal times or garage cleaning after car oil spells. More

As with each and every visit, her easy to talk to, welcoming, and professional demeanor makes my stay (I typically wait for my vehicle and use the time to work) seamless and enjoyable. I know she is backed up by not only a cohesive front-of-house team (Chris Becker has greatly assisted me before, especially when I was in a pinch regarding vehicle inspection) but also the experts behind the scenes in the shop. Service writer had zero communication. Car was there for almost 2 weeks before I finally got him to call me back.
