They are rude and do not care customer service. one of the sales managers told me it ok if you do not come back to this dealership, he said he do not care. His name is Armon Tuscani and other salespersons name is Jay. we had bought brand new Audi q5 from dealer but very unhappy with this people, ever since they sold us the vehicle, we were having problems with the breaks and we went to them and complained about it but instead of fixing they always had excuses like it is a wintertime or very hot that's what it is happening so basically they never fixed the problems and now they want money to repair the same problems we are having from the first day so basically they are all about money and not about accountability and customer service on top of it they do not provide any loaner car or rides to your home to fix the problem came with the car if you live 5 mils away from the dealership that is a jock for premium car dealership. More

Audi Hunt Valley's Service Center has provided me w/great service over the last 2 years. Facility is clean and the staff are personable. My Service Rep- Lindsay Knight- is always welcoming, keeps me abreast service over the last 2 years. Facility is clean and the staff are personable. Brought car at 63 Kmiles for oil change. A simple 2 hours oil change service turned into 2 weeks very costly repair and then re - repairs lasting due to the mechanic error leading to the car A simple 2 hours oil change service turned into 2 weeks very costly repair and then re - repairs lasting due to the mechanic error leading to the car’s oil leaking. Was able to use car service promotional coupon and was provided with car loaners service. Car mechanic call after rechecking car for the oil leak, and told that “It is nor a big deal, it just improper gasket placement during original repair”. It is not a “Big Deal” for him, but for me it was a Big Deal with the costs at the substantial amount of money and a lot of loss of personal time.Car service advisor apologized for the inconveniences, but there were no other incentive were offered for the inconveniences such a loss of personal times or garage cleaning after car oil spells. More

As with each and every visit, her easy to talk to, welcoming, and professional demeanor makes my stay (I typically wait for my vehicle and use the time to work) seamless and enjoyable. I know she is backed up by not only a cohesive front-of-house team (Chris Becker has greatly assisted me before, especially when I was in a pinch regarding vehicle inspection) but also the experts behind the scenes in the shop.
