I must have to say that Iris, Alan, Brad and the people at Audi Hawaii, made my job of purchasing a used car very easy. I was looking for a specific type of vehicle that suited my needs and Audi was able at Audi Hawaii, made my job of purchasing a used car very easy. I was looking for a specific type of vehicle that suited my needs and Audi was able to provide me a test drive of each car/SUV that I felt was within my price range. The amount of care that they put into getting me not only the right car, but my car "Pre-Owned Certified" and looking "brand-new" was tremendous. After it was all said and done, I thought I had purchased a new vehicle, rather than one that was used. An introduction to the service team as well as a point-by-point breakdown of the car's owner's manual was extremely helpful. I feel my questions were proactively answered and thus eliminating additional trips back to the service station or dealership for more questions. I love my Audi and I highly recommend seeing the team located on Nimitz if you're looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
I just had to say that Iris and Rick were very nice to work with. I went in for a used car. This was my first stop on my search. I ended up not buying a car from here but I felt like writing this revie work with. I went in for a used car. This was my first stop on my search. I ended up not buying a car from here but I felt like writing this review for Iris and Rick. They were very professional, friendly, and straight to the point. Everything I asked they answered honestly. I really appreciated being treated with respect and honesty. The friendliness and courtesy were icing on the cake. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. -George More
On April 21, 2012, my husband and I went to the dealership in Honolulu to look at the 2012 Q5. Mai Tran, the sales rep, met us at our car and helped us. The process went smoothly, we took a test dealership in Honolulu to look at the 2012 Q5. Mai Tran, the sales rep, met us at our car and helped us. The process went smoothly, we took a test drive and she saw on the paperwork that a 2012 Black Q5 2.0T was coming in the week of the 23rd. That made our decision easy so we negioated on a price and made a deal. We put down a deposit and she said she would call us soon as the car came in. By Thursday, April 26, I heard nothing so I gave her a call and she said that the car hadn't arrived but that I would be her first call. I asked if she could track the car and she said that she couldn't. She said that the date was an estimate. On Sunday, April 29, one of my friend's, Nena, came in to look at the Q5. I had told Nena what a great car it was and she was in the market for a crossover. Anyhow, Nena told Mai that she knew myself and my husband and Mai responded that she loved us and that she had just called me yesterday (Saturday). That was a complete lie because I had not talked to Mai since Thursday, after I called her. Mai told Nena that the paperwork now said that my car was arriving the week of April 30. Nena told me this information and Mai has still not called me to inform me of the changes. I'm very frustrated with my experience. On Monday, April 30, I called into Audi and asked to speak with a manager. They transferred me to Rick. I told him my concerns that I was not being informed and he said that he would call the shipping company and call me back with information. About 15 minutes later, he called me back to tell me that my car is not scheduled to arrive in port until May 10. He told me that my car would be the first one off so that they could take it through the service department and detail the car before I picked it up, he said that it should be done the same day. I asked him why Mai had not called me to update me on the vehicle and he did not have a response. I told Rick that the only communication I had with Mai was when I called her. He said that he would personally talk to her. He said that he would be my contact from this day forward and that he would call me to update me. By May 9, I had heard nothing from Rick so I called to see where my car was and he said that it is still scheduled to arrive on May 10 and that he would call me as soon as it did. On May 10, he called me at 9am and told me the shipment had arrived but that they were waiting for the car to be released and that he would call me as soon as he had the car at the dealership. At this point, I was just relieved that my car was here. I heard nothing from him that day. The following day, I called again to check the status and he said that they were still waiting and would let me know as soon as it arrived. He did not. Mai finally called me and apologized for everything that I had been going through. I told her how very disappointed I was in the service and asked why she had not called earlier. She said that Rick had told her not to call me but she felt that she needed to clear the air. She told me that my car was at the dealership and was going through the service department but would be done the same day. She said that each time I called her, she would ask the manager to track my vehicle and they did not. She said that they only tracked it when I called them directly. My husband and I picked up my car after work. We waited a total of 3 hours before we drove home with my car. To compensate us for our lack of service, the finance manager, Myron, gave us 50% off of the Audi care package as well as gave us a discounted rate on the DuPont paint as well as the wear and tear package. We scheduled the DuPont paint for the following Saturday at 10:30am. During this whole process, I had sent a complaint to Audi of America because I was so frustrated and disappointed. Audi of America gave me a $200 credit to apply on any Audi purchase. I used this to order the rubber mats for my car, front, rear and trunk. As a side note, the representative at Audi of America, Ernika, has been excellent in addressing my complaints and forwarding the information. My husband and I decided that we wanted to add the back-up sensors to my crossover, I called Myron and he told me that he could bring the price from $995.99 to $795; I found this still very expensive. Doing some research, I found out that BMW charges $750 for the same service and Chevy charges $1060 but it includes a camera as well. I tried calling Myron back but there was no response so I called Mai. She said that she could do nothing about the price but she could look into it when she got to Audi. She had Rick call me and ask me what I wanted to pay and I said no more than $500 and he said deal. He would pay the difference. He said that since I am leaving my car for the DuPont paint on Saturday, he could have the sensors installed by Sunday as long as I left my car overnight. I agreed and he said that it would be done by Sunday evening. On Saturday, I dropped off my car at 10:30am. I waited until almost noon until I got the loaner car. That was super frustrating because I had an appointment and it seems that I am always waiting for Audi. On Sunday at 1:30pm, I texted Mai to get the status of my car. She responded almost an hour later saying that my car would not be done today. I was furious! I called her immediately and told her that my car needs to be done today. She gave me an excuse saying that she can’t control the technician and that I would need to reschedule. I said no, I was told by her and the manager that my car would be done by Sunday evening. She had the nerve to tell me to stop by and see that the car was not finished. I told her no and that they had my car since Saturday morning and that they are still not done. I also told her how I was completely unhappy at the fact that she made me wait over an hour for a loaner car, especially knowing that I had an appointment at 10:30am. She did not have a response to that. She said that she had the day off and still went in to check on the car. Obviously, she said that for my sympathy but I have no sympathy for her. She’s been absolutely the worse salesperson that I have ever dealt with. By the end of our conversation, she said that she would find out if they can open late and finish my car. She said that they close at 5pm and I said that I don’t really care. She called back in 20 minutes to tell me that my car would be done by 7pm and I said I would be there. By 5pm, she called to tell me that my car was done so my husband and I went to pick it up. My car was ready, the DuPont paint was complete and the sensors were installed. However, she did not put my rubber mats in my car and I had to ask her for it. I had paid for it on Saturday and if I did not mention it, I know that she would not have remembered. All in all, this has got to be the worse experience I have ever had at any dealership. I would absolutely not recommend anyone going to Audi of Hawaii. They have no customer service skills. The sale of a car is from the beginning until the end. I find it very rude and totally unprofessional that I am constantly calling them for updates on my car. I had a few friends that were interested in the Audi but now I am absolutely confident that I will not be giving them her information. I am very unhappy with my experience. I feel that she had made the sale and that's all that matter. I am sharing my story because I am a very unsatisfied customer and hope that no one goes through what I went through. More

I have recommended Audi, especially Mai, to all of our friends and family for their superb customer service. If there's one thing that has to improve, the parking spaces. They need to expand customer parking spaces so as to eliminate overcrowdedness. More

Been thinking about purchasing an Audi for sometime. As soon as I walked in Mai came forward and helped me. She was extremely kind and helpful allowing me to look at/ test drive all the models I had been soon as I walked in Mai came forward and helped me. She was extremely kind and helpful allowing me to look at/ test drive all the models I had been thinking about, and answering my questions as they came to me. The Audi is an extremely nice car and as soon as I sat in it I was in love. The car was pre-owned and a bit expensive, but that is one of the factors of being in Hawaii. Besides that though I really have nothing negative to say. The dealership took care of me throughout the whole process to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. More
O.k. so I wandered onto the lot on a Thursday night at 6:30 just browsing the lot and was immediately engaged by Mai. Very friendly and helpful with all questions toward a new 2012 A6. I was really in the 6:30 just browsing the lot and was immediately engaged by Mai. Very friendly and helpful with all questions toward a new 2012 A6. I was really in the market for an S6 but they are rare to find especially on this Island. After taking the new 2012 A6 for a test drive and talking options and prices the sales manager stated they had an S6 at a different dealership but could have it there in the morning. This was at 8:30 p.m. but there was no rushing to get out the door by any of the staff. Returned the next morning and took the used CPO 2008 S6 for a test drive. Mai was very helpful in figuring everything out on this car and again was very enthusiastic. The car had some issues that Mai did not know about because the car was not on her lot. She has been outstanding in getting the issues taken care of between the service department and the detail shops. I left a somewhat mixed review with Audi of America because I was honest about the cars condition on a few issues. Again not Mai's issue but she has bent backwards ensuring the car was being taken care of. Already looking at a Q7 and would buy from Mai again for sure. More
I've purchased a used vehicle on 03/30/12 and was assisted by the sales representative Mai. She showed professionalism and great customer service for the entire time spent making the purschase and f assisted by the sales representative Mai. She showed professionalism and great customer service for the entire time spent making the purschase and finalizing all the paperwork. The process took longer than I thought and had to be a little patient, but after all, I now drive my car which I have no regrets or complaints. I'm happy I have dealt with a great salesperson, Mai, and sales management team in this place. I will consider doing business with them again in the future and will recommend it to my friends. We had leased an Audi A4 6 mos ago. Finding out we were expecting twins we needed a bigger vehicle. Mai and her Audi team were very professional, caring, and were deeply interested in meeting our needs. Th expecting twins we needed a bigger vehicle. Mai and her Audi team were very professional, caring, and were deeply interested in meeting our needs. They spent about an hour crunching the numbers to get us into a bigger vehicle with out adding any more cost to us, since that was what we requested. How ever the numbers didn't work out since the upgraded vehicle was some 13k more than our A4, which is understandable. We just wanted to point out that the team treated us with great respect and did all they possibly could to help us. They were very tasteful and genuine in how they handled and dealt with my wife and I. I would deffinately do business and refer business to this dealership and more importantly to Mai. She really made us feel comfortable through the whole process. She had our interest first. More
