Scheduled maintenance Very professional ,got me in and out for my 5000 mile on my new car. Helped me find a nearby place for breakfast and offered a shuttle but I said I' Very professional ,got me in and out for my 5000 mile on my new car. Helped me find a nearby place for breakfast and offered a shuttle but I said I'd rather walk for exercise. Brought work to do while waiting but didn't get any done ..... Car was done when back from a quick breakfast at "Jets" down the street ! Thanks !!! More

As Good As It Gets From the time I called to schedule my appointment asking "Can I come in on short notice, do you have a loaner for me, can I drop off / pick up at a ce From the time I called to schedule my appointment asking "Can I come in on short notice, do you have a loaner for me, can I drop off / pick up at a certain time?" the response from the receptionist Teri was "Yes, Mr. Kimura", "Sure, Mr. Kimura" "Of course Mr. Kimura." Service Manager Marisa Miner is a "rock star" and came out to greet me. Kyle, my service advisor was superb and got everything done quickly as requested. The other staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly including Felgie who washed my car and drove it out for me to take home. This was my best service experience from any dealer, ever! More

Honestly, I'm a salesman's least favorite type of customer. I do my research, I know what I want and I cannot be persuaded outside of what I ask for. I become peeved at the slightest instinct of dishonesty or rudeness. Not only were Sunny and John personable, they were kind, helpful, truthful and invested a sincere interest in ensuring my husband and I had a great sales buying experience. Here's the kicker, we didn't purchase a $60,000 Audi from the dealership, we bought a used car in our exact budget price range! Not once have we felt we were treated less than terrific, especially in comparison to customers who were in there writing out checks to pay for their gorgeous but very expensive cars in full. For years I've had a very negative thing for sales and this one experience alone restored my faith in the art of honesty, respect, kindness and professionalism. Yes, Audi of Hawaii is a business but these two gentlemen we worked with put the art of treating people with kindness, respect and dignity first. The technicians are incredible. What one tech may lack in knowledge is the next guy's strong suit. The management department works as a team with each technician having their own strong talents. If someone cannot help you or answer your question with 100% accuracy and helpfulness, they will find someone who will. We discovered a few things with our car that weren't up to our standards and were concerning. Without hesitation both Sunny and John were navigating through steps to have our car looked at not by just one tech but by multiple to ensure no one missed anything. I don't normally do reviews but I'm a believer in giving credit when due. Considering buying a car from any dealership was a huge deal for me and something I dreaded. Now the only thing I dread is never again having is the same impressive and incredible experience down the road when my husband and I PCS. As a military member and a car buyer who demands being treated as you would a family member or friend, Audi of Hawaii has both my husband and I's immense appreciation, approval and respect. Mai was very helpful in getting me a great deal on my purchased. I wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle that day but i mention to her i wanted to get rid of my gas guzzler and get an economical car in purchased. About 4 months ago, I was following up with a finance agent on a check that my husband and I were supposed to have received last year for the extended warranty that we've purchased for our old A4. Last y agent on a check that my husband and I were supposed to have received last year for the extended warranty that we've purchased for our old A4. Last year, we've traded in our A4 and another vehicle and got two Audies. The agent was supposed to have followed up on the check for me, but did not follow through. I went to Jason Reiger and explained to him the situation. He went above and beyond to assist me in getting what I needed even though it wasn't his job to do. I just received the check a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I are very happy customers. I would like to also add that Jason is an awesome service agent. My husband and I never had a problem when we bring in our cars for service. I would like to let you know what great things Jason does for your company. He is a valuable asset to your company. He is one of the reasons why customers like my husband and I keep buying audi cars. Great cars and awesome customer service brings returning happy customers and is great for business. Carla Jones More
