Dean Turner has many times gone out of his way to assist me with any question or problem I'm having with the vehicle. He comes to my office to pick up my car for routine service and leaves me a loaner to d me with any question or problem I'm having with the vehicle. I took my new Audi A4 in for a dealer installed Stasis suspension upgrade. They worked on my car and even had it done a little early. The suspension upgrade is even better than expected. My service consultant Ed Stawicki at Schaumburg Audi makes my visit at the dealership stress free. He takes my car in on time and its ready on time. Loaner cars or scheduled drop off and pick ups are of makes my visit at the dealership stress free. He takes my car in on time and its ready on time. Ed Stawiciki and the entire Service Staff at Schaumburg Audi does a good job. They are always friendly and know what they are doing. This time I had a flat tire, AAA came and put the spare on and then Au Audi does a good job. They are always friendly and know what they are doing. This time I had a flat tire, AAA came and put the spare on and then Audi Schaumburg took me that same day at my convenience to look at the tire(s). Last fall they told me that I would need new tires in the spring so when it was determined the tire could not be repaired I bought four new tires. They placed the tires on the car, balanced them, checked all the fluids and then washed the car. I was out of the dealership exactly when they told me I would be finished. More

I have only had great experience with this dealer. Was recommended by 4 of my friends that have 1 or more Audis. Service department is (Andy, Tony and Eric) very competent and accommodating and Vern in sa recommended by 4 of my friends that have 1 or more Audis. Schaumburg Audi is the most personable, professional, efficient, caring dealershiip I have ever done business with. (Any more, it doesn't feel so much like doing business as it does visiting family.) Everybody there has a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. They are very knowledgable about the service needs of your vehicle. The owner takes the time to shake your hand when he encounters you. All of the staff, whether it's the cashier, salesmen, mechanics, appointment advisor, etc. are pleasant, efficient and friendly (but not intrusive). Someone is always there ready to give prompt service (most of the time, they're right out, with paper in hand, before you exit your car). I have never experienced any 'attitude', rudeness, or ambivalance of any sort. My car is always well taken care of, washed and vacuumed. Even the porters are friendly and efficient. One of the most pleasing things I've noticed is they don't play 'favorites'. I've been a regular customer for about three (3) years now and I know who's who. However, when I entere the service area, if there are other people ahead of me, the service advisors take their time with whomever is ahead of me, still acknowledging I'm waiting. They never take their attention away from the person they are doing a service write-up for, which is extremely impressive to me. I wish I could think of many more eloquent ways to put it; suffice it to say - THEY ARE THE BEST! I would recommend them to anybody, any time. More
