The website is well designed and I can easily schedule a next day service. When I drove there, Eric gave a warm welcome and made everything smooth. He also helped to arrange a loan even I didn't make a reservation online. That did save me a lot of time and the maintenance was done even before I finish a cup of coffer after back from personal things. The whole experience is fantastic and I'm 100% sure I'll do my maintenance again there and certainly consider buying a new car there too. More

R8 Service For Climate Control System Called the dealership on the hottest day of the year because the climate control system refused to yield cold air. I dropped off the car the same day and received a very nice courtesy vehicle to use during the repair process. I was on my way in 15 minutes. Turns out the compressor needed replacement and the system refilled and leak checked. The car was delivered to me in immaculate condition. These guys are amazing. More

An exceptional experience after an unfortunate one A first for me...two flats at once. Without an appointment I dropped the car off at the Audi Dealership in Hoffman Estates and things just got better from there. Rick Kelstrom, the service advisor, was exceptional in providing updates, cost estimates and completion times. He went out of his way to take pitpctures of the damaged rims and email the estimate to my insurance company. These guys are the most pleasant and efficient service advisors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. More

The service advisors are all knowledgeable of questions regarding my vehicles (Q5 and A4) whether I give them a call or speak to them in person. I have never had a bad experience with the dealership. These are the first vehicles that I always return to the dealership for any types of service due to the high quality of work performed. It is also great that I am always provided the best pricing possible.
