Audi Hoffman Estates is GREAT! The service department is very good. They are very friendly, knowledgable, the charges are fair and they do it right the first time. A great experience starts when you drive into the service bay. There is plenty of room for 10-15 cars and the car jostler meets you and directs you to the service representative that will take care of you a bay. My passenger window shattered unexpectedly on my way to work. I pulled into Hoffman Audi unexpected, they got me a loaner and I was on my way to work within 10 minutes. I love these guys. Inexperienced crew, seems like all the old pros are gone since my last visit. Not greeted upon arrival, promised extended warranty quote, did not receive, service report not reviewed although 2 tires danger since my last visit. Subsequent extended warranty quote sent by email ignored 3 follow ups. Facility phone reception problems prohibit doing work while waiting. I have been satisfied customer for 10 years recommending friends and associates. I have purchased 3 A6's there and friends at least 3 others. Will consider another dealer in future.
