For me, the face of HE Audi is the service associate that makes sure the needs of my cars are met at the highest level of quality. Recently that face has been Rick Kelstrom: he is friendly, helpful, informative, cooperative beyond my expectation. He is exceptional at his role. Their customer service, communication, price and work have been outstanding. I have taken my Audi in several times for scheduled service. Every appointment that I have had, I have found them to be honest and fair in the work required. They have only performed work that was needed and necessary at the time. This honesty drives the cost to a reasonable level and continues to maintain my trust in them. In my last visit, Luke Gronski went above and beyond the expectations. I was immediately greeted and helped. Throughout my wait, he communicated expected delivery times, kept me updated and explained everything to me. Upon finding out that my battery failed the test and needed to be replaced, he even located a coupon to help reduce the unexpected costs. Audi Hoffman estates is a fantastic dealer and goes highly recommended! More
