Amazing leadership and service. Necko and Rick are absolutely amazing. I just moved to the area and run a restaurant so I work long hours and Necko eats in my restaurant quite often. He came in once, saw I had an Audi and I told him I needed an oil change and that I'd be in soon. He came back the next week and asked if I'd got it I told him I hadn't. He said okay, called Rick, picked Rick up from the dealership, came back and got my car, got it serviced and brought it back. They don't know but unfortunately, my grandfather had passed so I hadn't gotten the chance to do anything and life was really hard those days. Their act of kindness without me asking or them knowing my situation will always be in my heart. I can't express how impressed I was with the two of them and their amount of care. More

Excellent dealership Had a nail in my tire, and wanted to take it to dealership asap before the tire became flat. The waiting lounge was wonderful, with plenty of snacks and refreshments. Everyone was very friendly and happy, made us feel comfortable and at home. POOR SERVICE New 2017 AUDI Q7 quality is Disappointing. I just got the car two weeks,and the big noise showed up from back area, maybe from sunroof or trunk somewhere,sound's really cheap and old , So I have to bring the car back to the dealership try to find out what's going on with it ,Then after someone who works at service department test drove it ,I was really surprised he told me everything was OK ,there is no noise. So I have to ask the person who sold car to me for help. We Took another drive test ,and I Was glad she heard noise , this means I am not a crazy guy Hearing things ,I dropped my car at the dealership ,and I hope they can fix everything.So please check carefully when your customer has any problem , When we went to dealership,we must be need help,even a small problem.Customers do not bring cars in without a valid reason.because we do not have time to waste!
