Bad service for an high end dealership I was at their service first for second time with No soldlve result. I bought a s3 3 months ago and did not use the air conditioner since the weather I was at their service first for second time with No soldlve result. I bought a s3 3 months ago and did not use the air conditioner since the weather was nice, and when I started use it, some weird unpleasant smell come from the a/c. So I schedule the appt to get it fix. Thought it would be easy, they cleaned it the first time last week, right after done, I still smell it, the service guy told me drive it for couple days to see if the smell gone. And it not, so I called made an appt, the guy who answer my phone said it is no problem. And I brought my car in today, they service guy asked me "oh, you back, what's up?". Why would they not know what I'm getting when I already schedule an appt for it. First of all. Second he told me that " we don't have the machine to clean it, you have to drive to other dealer in Chicago to get it fix". That pissed me off, I bought the car at their dealer ship, why would they sell the car that they cannot provide the service on while I bought every single service packages.and I told the guy I bought the car here, you guys have to fix it, and he was like tell me to talk to their manager, he was like tell me that when I bring the car in next time get the loaner so they can drive my car to the shop to be fixed! What kind of service is this???!! People who buy this brand don't have time to drive back and fort for the unprofessional service!! More

Very Pleasant Surprise! My 2008 Audi A4 needed the passenger air bag replacement. Scheduling was very easy and a loaner car was provided. In addition, my car received a complimentary check up - all was found to be in good working order so there was no charge for the entire visit. My brother will soon be buying this car for his daughter to drive back and forth to Purdue U. The car has just turned 40,000 miles and it will likely go for 140,000 more!!! When I returned to pick up my car it was washed and cleaned and waiting for me at the curb. All customer service employees I interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable and made the visit a very pleasant one! More
