I gave them a call, the person I talked to was very interested in resolving the issue, sent them the required information and a couple days later there was an update to the app. Issue is all taken care of. Excellent Customer Service From the time the garage doors lifted to the time I drove away, the employees I interacted with were friendly, prompt and courteous.
