Mike explained everything that will be done and then what has been done.....needless to say great overall service that makes me travel the extra 10 miles rather than going to a dealier closer to my home. My wife and I have both worked with Ted McConnell in the service department and know that he will do everyt I scheduled my 20,000 mile service online. My wife and I have both worked with Ted McConnell in the service department and know that he will do everything to make our experience the best it can be. When I arrived, Ted had not only set up the 20k service, but also made sure an open recall service to update the software on my Q5 was performed. Although it was not previously scheduled, I asked about the availability of having the car detailed. Without hesitation, Ted said that he would make it happen and he did. Drop off and pickup were handled in mere minutes of my arrival. More
