Very Easy I just purchased a brand new Audi from Hoffman Estates Audi, and while that process was terrific, my first experience with the service department ther I just purchased a brand new Audi from Hoffman Estates Audi, and while that process was terrific, my first experience with the service department there was equally terrific. From dealing with the parts department to order the necessary part, to scheduling the actual service visit to the service appointment itself, the ENTIRE THING was very easy. They had me in and out in no time, and the wait in their customer waiting room was nice. This is not the closest Audi dealership to me, so in terms of location it is not ideal, AND YET I will be back. Audi Hoffman Estates has me as a customer for life. More

Warranty issue My 18 year old son dropped the car off and no one greeted him or took his information. Ended up waiting 20 minutes before being helped. The check engine light was on- which is why I came for service. The repair was under warranty which should be a no cost item. Not sure when Audi began charging a deductible on warranty items - but that is ridiculous. I’m being unconvinced for bringing a car for service for something that shouldn’t be breaking and I have to pay! Does that make sense? On picking up the car was treated no better than my son at drop off. Agent was on a personal call and sort of waved me over to the cashier. More
