The work done was good. We had a small issue and had to come back the next week. Biggest issue was the last two times they were way off on their time estimate while I waited. 20 minute waits turned into come back the next week. The prior service was supposed to be 90 minutes and it took 4.5 hours. There was nothing unexpected on either of these services either. More

Communication was poor in service. I had to call every 5 days to find out a status. At one point I was told the car is almost done. A day later it’s no where near ready and again I had to call to find out. days to find out a status. At one point I was told the car is almost done. I ask for the car back and when my mechanic gets it’s we notice immediately there is NO coolant in the car and some engine parts were left very loose! Completely unacceptable. Completely disappointed as I have had a positive experience with the sales staff. More
