Showed up for my appointment and had to wait for someone to help me. I specifically asked to be texted updates about my car. Dropped off at 1:00pm. At 4:15 I called for status. I had to call 5 time between 4:15 and 5:00 before I talked to someone that could actually give me information. My car was ready at 3:15, but no one contacted me. I never received an update. When I picked up my car the cashier couldn’t be less interested in helping me. On her phone, mumbled the total and didn’t make eye contact. I will NEVER go back for service there again. Always bad customer service. More

I usually don’t give bad reviews but this is the last straw. 3 hrs for an oil change and wheel alignment. Finally got the car it smelled of antifreeze. Service rep found some fluid @ the reservoir figu straw. 3 hrs for an oil change and wheel alignment. Finally got the car it smelled of antifreeze.
