It started with making th he the appointment where I was able to pick a date and time that worked for me. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. He explained everything to me. Tim was very helpful & made sure my car was ready before having me pick it up. He also went out of his way (twice!) to look for the sunglasses I thought I left in the rental car When I dropped it off. The having me pick it up.
